Product Overview

Practical LED X-Ray Film Viewer for Routine Medical Use

The General Quality LED X-Ray View Box is intended for healthcare facilities that continue to review conventional radiographic films and require a practical illuminated viewing panel for routine use.

Unlike the thinner IndoSurgicals 25 mm Slim LED and 45 mm high-brightness View Box series, this model uses a more conventional cabinet construction with a 60 mm depth. The enclosure combines a powder-coated M.S. body with an aluminium frame and an acrylic viewing surface.

LED strips are positioned behind the viewing panel to illuminate the X-ray film. Plastic retaining clips help keep radiographs correctly positioned on the viewing surface while they are being examined.

The range is available in Single, Double, Triple and Four Film configurations. Select the model from the required simultaneous film capacity, available installation space and the facility's conventional film-viewing workflow.

LED Back Panel

LED strips positioned behind the viewing surface provide illumination for conventional radiographic films.

M.S. Cabinet

Powder-coated mild-steel cabinet provides the structural body of the film viewer.

Aluminium Frame

Aluminium framing is incorporated around the viewing panel and cabinet construction.

Acrylic Viewing Surface

Transparent acrylic panel forms the illuminated surface on which radiographic films are viewed.

60 mm Cabinet Depth

Conventional 60 mm cabinet profile across Single, Double, Triple and Four Film versions.

Multiple Viewing Capacities

Choose one, two, three or four film sections according to departmental workflow.

Cabinet Construction

Powder-Coated M.S. Cabinet with Aluminium Frame

The General Quality series uses a conventional cabinet-style construction intended for routine healthcare environments. Its combination of M.S., aluminium and acrylic creates a straightforward X-ray film-viewing assembly without the ultra-slim construction of the other IndoSurgicals LED models.

M.S.

Cabinet

Powder-coated mild-steel construction.

Aluminium frame around the viewing assembly.

Acrylic

Acrylic sheet forms the illuminated film-viewing surface.

Dimmer & Sensor

LED X-Ray View Box with Brightness and Film-Sensing Functions

This product series is identified by IndoSurgicals as an LED X-Ray View Box with Dimmer & Sensor. These controls are intended to support convenient film viewing and illumination management during routine use.

Unlike the Slim and 45 mm premium series, however, the current detailed specification for this General Quality model does not state the exact number of dimmers or sensors or whether each film bank has independent control.

Dimmer Function

The product is supplied as a Dimmer & Sensor model. Exact control arrangement should be confirmed for the selected Single, Double, Triple or Four Film version.

Sensor Function

Automatic sensing functionality forms part of the stated model description. Detailed per-bank sensor configuration is not claimed because it is not specified in the current technical table.

Specification clarification: separate dimmer and sensor counts have deliberately not been copied from the 25 mm or 45 mm LED View Box ranges because those are different product constructions.
X-Ray Film Holding

Plastic Film Clips for Convenient Radiograph Positioning

Plastic film-retaining clips are incorporated into the viewing assembly to help hold conventional X-ray films against the illuminated acrylic surface during review.

Film Retention

Plastic clips help keep the radiographic film positioned on the viewing panel.

Quick Film Placement

Films can be positioned and removed conveniently during routine viewing and comparison.

Conventional Film Use

Designed for compatible physical radiographic films rather than digital PACS image display.

Electrical System

Low-Voltage 12 V LED Viewing System

The published technical table identifies a 12 V power specification for all four configurations. The product photographs also show an external power adapter with the Single Film unit.

12 V Published Supply

All Single, Double, Triple and Four Film variants are currently listed with a 12 V electrical specification.

Heavy-Duty Electrical Components

The supplied specification describes heavy-duty switches and sockets for routine operation of the LED film viewer.

Electrical clarification: the current table states 12 V (50–60 Hz). Since frequency normally refers to AC mains input while 12 V is commonly the low-voltage adapter output, institutional and export buyers should confirm the exact adapter input voltage, output voltage and frequency before ordering.
Available Configurations

Single, Double, Triple and Four Film LED X-Ray View Boxes

Each configuration provides approximately 13.5 × 17 inches of viewing area per film section. The overall width increases according to the number of viewing panels while cabinet height and depth remain consistent.
