IS IndoSurgicals® Frontal Protection Lead Apron
A frontal radiation-protection apron designed for healthcare professionals who primarily face the X-ray source during diagnostic or image-guided procedures. It combines selectable 0.35 mmPb or 0.50 mmPb front protection with adjustable criss-cross fastening, padded shoulders, a front dosimeter pocket and a PU-coated outer fabric for routine clinical handling.
Frontal Coverage for Procedures Where the Wearer Faces the X-Ray Source
The radiation-protection core is positioned over the front of the torso, extending from the upper body toward just above the knees according to wearer height and selected size. This makes the apron a practical option for personnel whose normal working position keeps the front of the body toward the radiation source.
Frontal Protection
Designed for occupational situations where front-side shielding is required and rear-body protection is not part of the selected PPE configuration.
When Full Protection May Be Preferable

NoPb®-LT — Lead-Free Lightweight

NoPb®-SL — Lead-Free Super Lightweight

Help Protect the Apron from Avoidable Damage
Recommended Handling
Store flat or on a suitable radiation-apron hanger. Avoid folding, sharply creasing or placing heavy objects on the apron. Clean the outer surface using a compatible mild cleaning method and allow it to dry before storage.
Routine Inspection
Check the fabric, seams, straps and hook-and-loop closure regularly. Follow the facility schedule for imaging or integrity inspection and remove the apron from use if shielding-core damage is suspected.
