IndoSurgicals Private Limited is a leading crash cart trolley manufacturer, supplier, and exporter in India, offering mobile emergency storage trolleys for hospitals, emergency departments, intensive care units, operating rooms, recovery areas, medical colleges, and healthcare institutions. Our Crash Cart Trolleys, also commonly referred to as emergency carts or resuscitation trolleys, are designed to help healthcare teams organise appropriate emergency equipment, accessories, and supplies in a mobile and accessible format.
The IndoSurgicals Crash Cart range currently includes two configurations: the Crash Cart Trolley with an M.S. tubular main frame and the Crash Cart Trolley Stainless Steel with a stainless-steel tubular main frame. Both models provide a similar organised storage layout while allowing hospitals and institutional buyers to select the frame material according to their procurement and facility requirements.
Each crash cart incorporates six removable plastic storage bins and two lockable storage units with three drawers each, providing a total of six drawer compartments in addition to the open-bin storage. This combination allows different categories of appropriate emergency supplies and accessories to be organised separately while keeping frequently required items accessible. The exact medicines, devices, consumables, and emergency supplies placed in the crash cart should be determined by the healthcare institution according to its approved emergency-response and medication-management procedures.
Both models are equipped with a stainless-steel top, stainless-steel shelves, stainless-steel I.V. rod, oxygen-cylinder holder, cardiac massage board, electric lamp, and protective corner buffers. The trolleys are mounted on four swivel castors approximately 150 mm in diameter, with two castors fitted with brakes to assist controlled movement and stationary positioning within suitable clinical areas.
The published approximate overall dimensions of both crash cart models are 940 mm long × 490 mm wide × 1535 mm high. The principal difference between the two models is the construction of the main frame. The Crash Cart Trolley uses an M.S. tubular framework with epoxy powder-coated finish, while the Crash Cart Trolley Stainless Steel uses a stainless-steel tubular framework. Stainless-steel grade and trolley load capacity are not currently stated in the published specifications and should be confirmed separately if required for a tender or procurement specification.
A hospital crash cart trolley is primarily intended for organised storage and mobility of appropriate emergency and resuscitation supplies rather than for patient transportation. It may be used in emergency departments, resuscitation areas, ICUs, critical-care units, operating rooms, recovery areas, hospital wards, teaching hospitals, and other healthcare facilities where emergency equipment needs to remain organised and readily movable according to institutional protocols.
As an experienced hospital furniture manufacturer in India, IndoSurgicals supplies crash carts and emergency trolleys to hospitals, medical colleges, healthcare institutions, government and private organisations, distributors, dealers, project buyers, and international customers. We support bulk crash cart requirements, institutional procurement, hospital projects, distributor enquiries, and export orders with product-selection assistance and quotation services.
